Dr Bunhead science show

Harry enjoyed some spectacular science yesterday - he went with Stuart to see Dr Bunhead at the Centre for Life. It is the British Science Festival in Newcastle at the moment and the show was part of that. 

Balloons being filled with various grades of flammable gas to see which made the biggest bang, a hot water bottle being blown up with air to see how big it got before exploding and a glowing roller coaster were the highlights I heard about! Definitely not try at home ideas, but there was also a demonstration of a Mentos eruption which we will try in the garden!
